I am licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Although I specialize in the Massachusetts communities of Berkley, Dartmouth, Dighton, Fall River, Freetown, Rehoboth, Somerset, Swansea, and Westport, and the Rhode Island communities of Portsmouth, Tiverton, and Warren, I am qualified to assist you with sales and purchases throughout both states. I also have a referral program that can assist you in relocating anywhere in the United States.

I hold a designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert or CDPE. With more and more homeowners in financial distress they need the guidance and services of an educated Realtor. I have all of the tools to work with people in these situations. With compassion and understanding, I guide them through exactly what is going to happen, how long the process will take, and how it will affect their credit or future home buying power.

I also hold a designation as a Certified Buyer Representative or CBR. This training is specifically designed to help buyers get the best possible price for the home they desire. I work to protect your best interests by providing complete and professional guidance that will enable you to purchase the property at the lowest possible price and on terms that meet your specific needs.
